Beyond the Map is led by mother-and-daughter team Ena Richards and Anni Hoffmann, whose shared passion for Africa is at the heart of every journey they design. Having grown up in Southern Africa, they bring firsthand knowledge, deep local relationships, and a genuine love for the continent's landscapes, wildlife, cultures, and people.

Together with a trusted network of guides, conservationists, lodge owners, aviation partners, and community leaders — many of whom they have known for decades — they create seamless, highly personalized journeys that go far beyond the ordinary.
